At Smolva, we are dedicated to providing products designed to enhance your outdoor experiences. We stand by the effectiveness of our repellers and recommend using them for at least 14 days before considering a return. If you are not satisfied with your purchase after 14 days but within our 30-day money-back guarantee, please contact us at hello@smolva.com.
Cancellation Policy
Please make any changes or cancellations to your order within 24 hours of placing it. After this period, the order may have entered the processing phase, and we may not be able to accommodate your request. If you cancel within 24 hours, we will process your refund within 7 business days.

We are confident in the effectiveness of our repellers and encourage you to use them for a minimum of 14 days to experience their full benefits. If you are still unsatisfied, you can return the items within 30 days of purchase. Please note that shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable. To initiate a return, contact our support team by filling out the form on our Contact Us page or email us directly at hello@smolva.com. For a faster process, include your Order Number or the Name and Email Address used to place the order.
Damaged Items
We take great care in packaging our products to prevent damage during shipping. An item is considered damaged if it has a defect or is physically broken. Minor shipping-related packaging issues, like dented boxes with intact products, do not qualify as damage. If your item arrives damaged, notify us within 72 hours of delivery. Email us at hello@smolva.com with a clear photo of the damage. We will assess whether you are eligible for a replacement at no cost. We do not offer refunds, replacements, or returns for items damaged through normal use, wear and tear, or misuse.
Shipping and Delivery
While we aim to deliver your order promptly, we are not responsible for shipping or delivery delays beyond our control, including those caused by couriers, customs, or other factors. For issues with delivery, please contact the courier directly. We are not liable for lost, stolen, or delayed packages.
Incorrect Shipping Address
It is your responsibility to ensure that the correct shipping address is provided at checkout. If the address is incorrect and we are not informed within 24 hours of placing your order, you will not be eligible for a resend or a refund.
