An order is considered dispatched when it has been handed over to our shipping carrier and is in transit to your chosen address. While Smolva is not responsible for lost or stolen packages, we will help with the claims process and may offer a replacement, depending on the situation. If the package remains undelivered, we may advise filing a police report.
